MOULIN ROUGE

One of our best selling cake, the Moulin Rouge is intense in raspberry and chocolate flavour. Not overly sweet, it is made of a flourless chocolate cake, extra dark chocolate mousse and raspberry mousse.

Please take into consideration that we are baking all our cakes in the same facility; even though this recipe is flourless and nut free, we cannot guarantee that there won't be traces of flour or nuts. 

Serving recommendations: take out of the refrigerator one hour before serving.
