She also creates gorgeous cakes for special occasions or everyday indulgences, the most delicate and flavourful macarons and seasonal offerings of Okanagan inspired gelato, sorbet and jams.

Coming from a long line of celebrated French patissiers and chocolatiers, Sandrine offers a decadent selection of gourmet chocolates made by hand, using only the best European chocolate and finest ingredients.

On the savoury side, you can bring home a delicious homemade tourtière or quiche, enjoy a croissant sandwich or Croque Monsieur in our cafe or try our homemade soups.

Everything in the shop is created with passion and hand crafted with great care and attention to detail using high quality ingredients, local and organic where possible.
