Chocolate cremeux made with 41% Alunga milk chocolate and 64% Guayaquil dark chocolate, salted caramel centre and a flourless dark chocolate cake.
Please take into consideration that we are baking all our cakes in the same facility; even though this recipe is flourless and nut free, we cannot guarantee that there won't be traces of flour or nuts.
Serving recommendation: take out of the refrigerator one hour before serving.
