Sandrine's Sorbet Cake is created with our exquisite house-made sorbet, paired with soft and crunchy meringue. Both beautiful and delicious, they are dairy and gluten free (may contain traces of flour). 

Keep in freezer and pull out at room temperature only 15 minutes before serving.
